FY 2019 Improving Criminal Justice Responses to Domestic Violence, Dating Violence, Sexual Assault, and Stalking Grant Program

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The Improving Criminal Justice Response Program encourages state, local, and tribal governments and courts to treat domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking as a serious violations of criminal law requiring the coordinated involvement of the entire criminal justice system. For FY 2019, the priority areas are to reduce violent crime against women and promote victim safety, and to increase the response to victims of trafficking. Click here for more information. 
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, Indian tribal governments, state and local courts (including juvenile courts), units of local government, state, tribal, or territorial domestic violence or sexual assault coalitions, and victim service providers.
