Grants Specialist

Leigh Fanning is a Grants Specialist at TFG, where she supports communities nationwide in securing grant funding for municipal infrastructure, public safety, and community benefit initiatives. With 20+ years of experience in grants and program administration, Leigh has helped clients win over $100 million in awards from federal, state, and foundation funders. She brings a collaborative approach and deep expertise in facilitating stakeholder groups throughout all phases of the grant development process, with an emphasis on strategic project design and sustained impact beyond the grant lifecycle. Prior to joining TFG, Leigh provided full proposal development and external review for federal and national foundation grant competitions including DOJ, DOE, FEMA, EDA, NSF, NEH, NEA, HRSA, and ED. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Fort Lewis College and her Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado system.
