Client Successes

City of Roseville, CA

TFG assisted the City of Roseville in securing over $70 million in SAFETEA-LU to fully fund a freeway widening project in the City on Interstate-80. In addition to alleviating congestion on I-80, the project improved circulation on nearby surface streets and clearly is responsible for positive air quality impacts locally and regionally. TFG's advocacy on the project rested on gathering the support and eventural engagement of a multi-state, bipartisan congressional delegation.

City of Concord, NC

TFG has helped the Concord Regional Airport secure millions of dollars in federal funds for various infrastructure improvements. We coordinate with the airport, the NC Division of Aviation, and the Federal Aviation Administration's Regional Office and Headquarters to promote the airport's priorities and secure those federal funds. We have also helped the airport with the Transportation Security Agency, U.S. Customs and Border Control, and issues related to its air traffic control tower, and we've supported efforts to secure and expand commercial service options at the airport.

El Paso County, CO

TFG helped El Paso County, CO, secure a $1.2 million planning grant from the Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant program. The grant is funding pre-construction activities for reconstruction of roads leading to Gate 19 at the Fort Carson Army Post to accommodate Fort Carson’s ongoing expansion. TFG professionals worked with the County from the project’s inception to crafting a winning application with significant political support and continues to work with the County to ensure the project remains competitive for future TIGER construction funding.
