WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of a methodological framework, structured process, and tools in supporting the assessment and identification of policies that may create or perpetuate health disparities by contributing to structural racism; and the modification, development, and implementation of policies to improve health outcomes. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State, territorial, and local governments, tribal governments and organizations, school districts and institutions of higher education, nonprofits including faith-based organizations, and public and Indian housing authorities.
