Letter of Intent Due: FY 2022 INvestments Supporting Partnerships in Recovery Ecosystems (INSPIRE) Initiative

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program helps Appalachian communities and regions that have been affected by the substance use crisis by funding projects that integrate multiple economic development systems, evidence-based or promising substance use disorder (SUD) models and practices, and resources in support of implementing existing economic development strategic plans that create pathways to employment. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local development districts, Native American Tribes, states, counties cities and other subdivisions of a state, institutions of higher education, public and private nonprofits, and consortia of eligible applicants. Projects must benefit the Appalachian region.
