Grant Due: FY 2022 Community Programs for Outreach and Intervention with Youth and Young Adults at Clinical High Risk for Psychosis

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to identify, prevent, intervene, and/or lessen the impact of psychotic disorders in youth and young adults, not more than 25 years old, who are at clinical high risk for psychosis, and provide evidence-based interventions in a trauma-informed manner to prevent the onset of psychosis. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State governments and territories, political subdivisions of a state, such as counties, cities, and towns, and federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native Tribes and Tribal organizations
