WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to develop and implement projects that focus on improving the quality and efficiency of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) operations and processes. Proposed project activities may include utilizing technology-based tools to expand enrollment of underserved populations, aiding in the transition from pandemic operations and improve disaster response operations, or modernizing SNAP customer service, client communication, and administrative processes to improve accessibility, transparency, and responsiveness. WHO'S ELIGIBLE? State and local governments, agencies providing health or welfare services, public health or educational entities, and private nonprofit entities such as community-based or faith-based organizations, food banks, or other emergency feeding organizations
