Grant Due (Grants.gov): FY 2023 Second Chance Act Improving Reentry Education and Employment Outcomes

WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program seeks applications for reentry services and programs focused on strengthening education and employment outcomes for individuals returning to their communities after a period of incarceration. This program provides funding under two categories (1) Improving Correctional Education, and/or (2) Improving Employment Services and Connections. Click here for more information.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? States, local governments, special district governments, independent school districts, institutions of higher education, Native American and tribal governments, community-based nonprofit organizations, and for-profit and nonprofit organizations

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $23.4 million

WHEN'S IT DUE? March 28, 2023 (Grants.gov), April 4, 2023 (Just Grants)
