WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to develop and enhance the diverse workforce of museum professionals. It supports projects that offer professional development to the current museum workforce, employing strategies to train and recruit future museum professionals and supporting evaluation efforts to help identify and share effective practices.
