David Hoover will be speaking at two conferences in the months ahead and invites you to join him. On September 26, he will be at the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA) annual conference in Tampa. On October 30, he will be on a panel at the Broadband Communities (BBC) Summit in Alexandria, VA that will explore the impact of public-private partnerships and broadband deployment.

This program will develop or enhance crime victim specialist programs within law enforcement agencies to better support victims through the criminal justice process including by connecting them with community-based direct victim services programs to more quickly and more effectively serve them. TFG Monitoring Developments of Temporary Pause of Agency Grant, Loan, and Other Financial Assistance Programs

On January 27, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under President Trump issued a memorandum titled “Temporary Pause of Agency Grant, Loan, and Other Financial Assistance Programs.” The directive mandates Federal agencies to temporarily suspend the obligation and disbursement of federal financial assistance while conducting a comprehensive review of programs and awards to ensure alignment with the administration’s policies and priorities. As part of this review, agencies are also instructed to temporarily suspend the issuance of new program solicitations.
