This program is intended to assist transit systems affected by the COVID-19 pandemic by supporting planning designed to increase ridership and reduce travel times, while maintaining or expanding the total level of vehicle revenue miles of service provided in the planning period, or making service adjustments to increase the quality or frequency of service provided to low-income riders and disadvantaged neighborhoods or communities. WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program supports projects that use the transformative power of professional development and training to generate systemic change within museums of all types and sizes. Projects are expected to involve multiple levels of staff, leadership, and volunteers in a set of logical, interrelated activities tied directly to addressing a key need or challenge; reflect a thorough understanding of current practice and knowledge about professional development; and generate measurable results.
