WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program provides awards to prevent sex offending by adolescent sex offenders and problematic sexual behavior in children by developing intervention and supervision services for adolescent sex offenders and children with sexual behavior problems, and to provide treatment services for their victims and families/caregivers. State, city, township, and county governments, for-profit organizations, other than small businesses, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, Native American tribal organizations, nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, and public, state-controlled, and private institutions of higher education
