State governments, county, city, or township governments, special district governments, public, private, and state-controlled institutions of higher education, nonprofit organizations with or without 501(c)(3) status, federally recognized Native American tribal governments, Native American tribal organizations, Hispanic-serving institutions (HSIs), historically Black colleges and universities (HBCUs), tribally controlled colleges and universities (TCCUs), and Alaska Native and Native Hawaiian-serving institutions (ANNH), faith-based organizations, and U.S. territories and possessions

TOTAL FUNDING AMOUNT? $40 million
