Grant Due: FY 2023 WaterSMART: Water Recycling and Desalination Planning  

WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support water recycling desalination planning and pre-construction activities. Specifically, awards will support the development of new water recycling and desalination feasibility studies, planning and preliminary design activities for water recycling or desalination construction projects, and environmental compliance activities for water recycling or desalination construction projects.
