WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program support the planning, engineering, and development of technical or financing plans for transit projects that assist areas of persistent poverty in order to encourage racial equity in planning and policies related to racial equity and barriers to opportunity, as well as in engineering or development of technical or financing plans for project investments.
