WHAT DOES IT FUND? This program aims to develop and implement projects that focus on improving the quality and efficiency of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) operations and processes. Proposed project activities may include utilizing technology-based tools to expand enrollment of underserved populations, aiding in the transition from pandemic operations and improve disaster response operations, or modernizing SNAP customer service, client communication, and administrative processes to improve accessibility, transparency, and responsiveness.
