This program aims to enhance the nation's ability to rapidly mobilize, surge, and respond to a public health emergency (PHE) identified by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) by establishing a roster of approved but unfunded applicants that may receive rapid funding by the CDC to respond to PHEs.
