WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to facilitate the promotion of the Affordable Connective Program (ACP) and increase awareness of and participation in the ACP among eligible households.

WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Local and state governments, institutions of higher education, tribal governments, public housing agencies, social service providers, workforce development training organizations, community-based organizations, and nonprofit organizations.
