WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support community-based nonprofit organizations in their efforts to collaborate and partner with other stakeholders to develop solutions that will significantly address environmental and/or public health issues in communities disproportionately burdened by environmental harms and risks. Click here for more information.

Partnerships between states/commonwealths and community-based nonprofit organizations (CBOs), partnerships between instrumentalities of a state and CBOs, partnerships between tribal governments and CBOs, partnerships between local governments and CBOs, U.S. territories, and freely associated states Tribal governments in remote areas
