The purpose of this program is to reduce the morbidity and mortality of substance use disorder (SUD), including opioid use disorder (OUD), in high-risk rural communities by establishing and expanding sustainable behavioral health care services for children and adolescents aged 5 to 17 years who live in rural communities.
