FY 2023 Rural Housing Preservation Grant
WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to support low- and very low-income homeowners in repairing and rehabilitating their homes in rural areas. The program will allow cooperative housing complexes and rental property owners in rural areas to repair and rehabilitate their units if they agree to make such units available to very low- and low-income persons.
