Water Expert, Lane Dickson, to Present at 2022 Water Conservation Symposium

The Panhandle Groundwater Conservation District in Amarillo, Texas will host its annual symposium on protection and management of water resources.

AMARILLO, TX. – Lane Dickson, Principal at The Ferguson Group (TFG), will present at the 2022 Texas Panhandle Water Conservation Symposium on February 16, 2022 at 9:10a.m. CST. Lane will provide participants critical information on federal legislation and resources related to water conservation, management, and augmentation.

“I am looking forward to joining water experts from across Texas,” said Lane Dickson, Principal. “It is vital that communities know what federal resources are available and have to access them in their efforts to mitigate the effects of increasingly severe droughts and shore up water resources.”

Lane brings over fifteen years of knowledge in water issues including experience drafting and passage of water, public lands, and energy legislation in the United States House and Senate as well as public power and western water trade associations and coalitions. This year, the symposium will cover variety of water-related topics affecting the municipal, agricultural, and public sectors.
