WHAT DOES IT FUND? The purpose of this program is to improve how victim service providers respond to survivors of polyvictimization (when a person endures multiple victimizations of different kinds). Funding will support family justice centers (FJCs) or similar co-located service model agencies in transforming service delivery to more effectively meet the needs of polyvictims by building on lessons learned from the funding agency's A Pathway to Justice, Healing, and Hope: Addressing Polyvicitimization in a Family Justice Center program. Click here for more information.
WHO'S ELIGIBLE? Governmental agencies that serve as the lead agency of a FJC; governmental agencies with an FJC established department or program within a city or county agency; nonprofit, non-governmental, and community-based domestic violence or sexual assault agencies that service as lead agency of an FJC; nonprofit organizations created expressly for leadership and management of an FJC; and governmental and nonprofit organizations that serve as the lead agency of a comprehensive co-located service center primarily serving victims of domestic violence and sexual assault
